althoughtherearenosimplesolutio,recentevidencesuggestswearemovingintherightdirection.accordingtothelatestdata,violentcrimebyyoungpeoplehasbeencutnearlyinhalfsince1993;schoolyarddeathshavedroeddramatically.thesearebothimportantdeclinesthatreflectthelowestnationalcrimeratein25years.
